摘要
工程农业是一项复杂的系统性工程。基于对美国、日本和以色列农业发展历程的比较分析,总结出工程农业发展所经历的3个阶段。通过对历史背景、制度变迁、家庭经营和工业发展4个相关因素的分析,看出中国实施工程农业的必然性以及具备的条件基础,并在此基础上推演中国在工程农业推进过程中将会面临粮食安全、生产关系调整、技术进步和工业支持等方面的难题。中国应依据本国国情和各方面因素的特点,逐步推进国家政策、系统上的顶层设计。
Engineering agriculture is a complicated systematic project. Bases on the comparative analysis of the agriculture development progress of America, Japan and Israel, this paper summarized three 3 which the engineering agriculture development went through. According to the analysis of the historical background,institutionalchange, household management and industrial development, it can be seen that the implementation of engineering agriculture in China is inevitable and also has condition foundation. Also there will be great challenges such as food security, the adjustment of relations of production, technical progress and industrial support.For China,the design of the top-leve lof policy should base on national conditions and characteristics of the various factors to promote the development of engineering agriculture
