摘要
通过降低水相析晶点,在65℃的乳化温度下制备低温乳化炸药,并通过高倍显微观察、水溶性测试和高低温循环测试对低温乳化炸药进行稳定性评估。实验表明,低温乳化炸药的乳胶粒子直径小于2.O/zm,均匀度较好(密度在1.00~1.20g/cm。之间,乳胶基质水溶值在0.05~0.08g之间),可经受8个以上的高低温循环实验,具有良好的稳定性。
Emulsion explosive could be emulsified at 65~C by reducing the crystallization point of water- phase. The stability of emulsion explosive emulsified at low temperature was evaluated by high magnifica- tion microscopic observation, high-low temperature circulation test and dissolve value test. The results showed that the diameter of emulsion particle obtained were all less than 2μm. The densities were 1.00- 1.20g/cm3. Its dissolve value was in the range of 0.05-0.07g. It could be circulated more than 8 times. The emulsion explosive emulsified at low temperature exhibited high stability.
