摘要
全聚纺是一种新型窄槽式负压空心罗拉紧密纺系统。为全面研究全聚纺集聚区内气流的运动规律,本文采用Fluent软件模拟全聚纺集聚区内流场分布,分析了空心罗拉表面窄槽宽度分别为0.6、0.8、1.0 mm时不同位置须条的输出方向、集聚方向、厚度方向气流速度分布规律,为全聚纺系统集聚区优化设计提供理论参考。
Complete condensing spinning is a new kind of negative pressure hollow roller compact spinning system with strip groove structure. In this paper, to know the air flow distribution in the three-dimention, the air flow velocity distribution of fibers has been simulated by using Fluent software and the distributions on the output direction, the transverse condensing direction and the thickness direction under the width of strip groove of 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm are analyzed respectively, which Jays the theoretical toundation for the optimization design of practical system.
