摘要
在当前实验教学改革的基础上,分析了基础化学实验教学过程中学生存在的问题及能力不足的现状;将管理学的“破窗效应”、“鲶鱼效应”、“木桶原理”等理论创新地应用到基础化学实验教学中,探讨了这些理论在基础化学实验教学中进行学生综合能力培养的应用,实验教学效果显著提高.
Based on the reformation of chemical experiment teaching, the students' problems and ability in chemical experiment study were analyzed. Some management theories were innova- tively introduced in basic chemical experiment teaching including " Broken Window Effect"," Catfish Effect" and " Cannikin Law" etc. It was found that the teaching effect was significantly improved by applying these theories to train students' comprehensive capacity.
