结蜡对石油的开采、集输等环节都会产生不利影响,而化学清防蜡方便、高效和经济。而在清蜡剂的检测过程中,溶蜡速率测试数据存在较大的误差,为了提高清防蜡剂溶蜡速率检验数据的准确性和再现性。通过分析清防蜡剂溶蜡速率的检验方法,发现模具制备的蜡球质量与标准不符、测试温度范围较大造成结果偏差较大等问题,针对以上问题提出相应的改进建议,建议实施后,平行测试的绝对偏差降低至0.001 7g/min。
Paraffin precipitation will produce negative effects on the exploitation and the gathering and transportation of crude oil. Chemical paraffin removing - inhibiting agents are convenient, efficient and eeonomic to use. But the measuring data of paraffin melt- ing rate have relatively large error in the inspection process. In order to improve the accuracy and repeatability of the measuring data of the paraffin melting rate of paraffin removing - inhibiting agents, the measuring method of the paraffin inching rate is analyzed. It is found that the paraffin balls prepared using mold does not comply with standards and the testing temperature range is overlarge, which are the main causes for the large deviation of the measuring results of the paraffin melting rate of paraffin removing - inhibiting agents. Corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed. After the suggestions are implemented, the average absolute error of the paraffin melting rate is reduced to 0.001 7g/rain.
