摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年8月～2013年8月收治的慢性胃炎患者100例，随机分为A、B两组，A组应用西医治疗，B组应用中西医结合治疗，对比A、B两组患者的临床疗效。结果A组患者的总有效率为60％，B组患者的总有效率为98％，B组患者的总有效率明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合方案治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果显著，不良反应小，具有极高的推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 100 cases with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,group A and group B.Group A was treated with west- ern medicine,and group B was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical effica- cy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 60%,and that of group B was 98%.The total effective rate of group B was evidently higher than that of group A,which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating chronic gastritis had good efficacy and little adverse effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
