摘要
目的探讨全方位优化管理模式在基层医院手术室管理中的应用效果。方法2013年7。12月于本院手术室开展方位优化管理模式，结合手术室管理中存在的问题，优化手术室工作制度、护理工作流程、安全防护措施、工作质量评价标准等，并严格按管理制度实行。统计优化管理前后手术患者的感染率、手术物品齐备率、患者核查流程准确率、体位摆放准确率，并分别对患者和护士发放调查问卷，统计其对管理模式的满意度。结果优化管理模式后，患者手术部位的感染率明显降低，手术物品齐备率、患者核查流程准确率、体位摆放准确率明显升高（P〈0．05）；管理后，护理人员及患者的满意度评分也均较管理前升高（P〈0．05）。结论全方位优化管理模式可有效提高手术室的管理质量，提高护士及患者的满意度，有较高的开展价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of a full range of optimized management model in the operating room management of primary hospital. Methods A full range of optimized management model was developed from July to December 2013 in the operating room of our hospital, according to problems of the operating room management,the working system,nursing working process,security protection measures,and work quality evaluation standard were opti- mized,and it was implemented strictly.Before and after optimization management, infection rate of patients with surgey, surgical items available rate,verification process accuracy rate for patients,position accuracy rate were analyzed,and questionnaires were used to evaluate satisfaction degree of patients and nurses before and after optimization manage- ment. Results After optimization management,surgical site infection rate of patients was significantly dropped;surgical items available rate,accuracy rate of verification process of patients,position accuracy rate was significantly improved （P〈0.05）;and satisfaction scores of patients and nurses were significantly increased compared with those before opti- mization management （P〈0.05）. Conclusion A full range of optimized management model can effectively improve the management quality of operating room,and improve the satisfaction degree of nurses and patients.h has higher develop- ment value.
