摘要
利用Airpak软件采用SIMPLE算法对车间通风方式进行数值模拟,分析确定了改进方案,并与原有方案进行速度矢量、温度、空气品质等指标参数的比较。研究结果表明,干燥车间采用侧送异下侧回的送风方式控尘效果比较理想,且与实测数据较为一致,也表明利用Airpak软件进行数值模拟优化车间通风方式是可行的。
The Airpak software is used to simulate the air distribution of workshop. The improvement programs are identified and some parameters, such as velocity vector, temperature and air quality, are analyzed comparatively with the original program. The results show that the control effect of dust is ideal through using the air distribution mode of supply - side and dis- charge- different lower side, consistent with the measured data. It also shows that the Airpak is feasible to optimize work-shop ventilation.
