摘要
DCS系统网络是火电厂热控系统中快速高效的信息传递通道,是DCS系统的神经中枢,因此,网络的实时性、安全性及可靠性显得尤为重要。一旦DCS网络出现故障,将会导致通讯紊乱或中断,操作将无法进行,运行中的发电机组处于失控状态,严重威胁人员和设备安全,倘若及时得不到处理或处理不当,事故将会进一步恶化,后果无法预计。以某火电厂出现的DCS系统网络通讯故障为例,分析事故过程中所采取的应急措施、故障排查方法和故障处理手段等,提出了DCS系统网络优化措施,探讨从网络安全层面确保DCS系统可靠运行的技术手段。
Distributed Control System (DCS) network is the fast and efficient information transfer channel in the thermal control system in thermal power plants. Also, it is the nerve center in DSC system. So, real -time, securi- ty and reliability are especially important. If the network is broken down, it will lead to communication disorders and interrupt,the operations will not be carried out and the generator units will be out of control,which will threat the security of the personnel and the equipment. If the above situation is not handled inappropriately and prompt- ly,the accident will be worsened further,and the consequences cannot be expected. It takes the failure of DCS network in a factory as an example, analyzes the emergency measures, investigation methods and processing means in the accident, puts forth the optimization measures in DCS network,discusses the techniques in stability and reliability of DSC system from the network security aspect.
