不同产地鹰不泊药材的品质评价 被引量:1

Quality Evaluation of Radix Zanmthoxyli Avicennae from Different Habitats

摘要 目的:建立鹰不泊药材的品质评价方法和橙皮苷含量测定方法。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版一部附录方法测定其水分、灰分及浸出物含量;采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量。结果:7个不同产地鹰不泊药材水分含量范围为7.27%~9.65%;总灰分含量范围为5.28%~7.90%;酸不溶性灰分范围为0.39%~0.86%;水溶性浸出物含量范围为冷浸法5.95%~10.72%,热浸法7.05%~12.13%;乙醇浸出物含量范围为冷浸法5.88%~10.92%,热浸法8.16%~12.67%;40%乙醇浸出物含量范围为冷浸法3.85%~4.97%,热浸法2.38%~3.83%;橙皮苷含量范围为0.40%~2.68%。结论:所建立方法可用于鹰不泊药材的品质评价。 Objective:To establish the methods for the quality evaluation and hesperidin content determination of Radix Zanm-thoxyli Avicennae. Methods: The moisture, ash and extract content was respectively detected according to the methods described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition, and the content of hesperidin was detected by HPLC. Results: The moisture contents of Radix Zanmthoxyli Avicennae from seven different areas were between 7. 27% and 9. 65%; the total ash contents were between 5. 28% and 7. 90%;the acid-insoluble ash content were between 0. 39% and 0. 86%;the water-soluble extract contents were within the range of 5. 95%-10. 72% by infusion and 8. 16%-12. 67% by hot dipping;the alcohol extract contents were within 5. 88%-10. 97% by infu-sion and 2. 38%-3. 83% by hot dipping. The content of hesperidin was 0. 40%-2. 68%. Conclusion:The established methods can be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Zanmthoxyli Avicennae.
