摘要
目的探讨病案复印流程再造在病案管理中的应用效果。方法选取病案复印流程再造前后各1年的复印病案101305份(2011年46048份;2012年55257份),使用SPSS17.0对实施病案流程再造前后申请人的等待时间、满意度和复印知识知晓率、工作人员查找、复印病案时间、复印工作量的统计数据进行比较分析。结果实施病案复印流程再造后较实施前病案复印申请人的满意度明显提高(χ2=10.47,P<0.01),申请人复印知识知晓率明显提高(χ2=23.2,P<0.01);高峰期申请人平均等待时间、每份病案查找时间查找、每份病案复印时间均较流程再造前明显缩短(分别为t=1050.81,P<0.01;t=464.23,P<0.01;t=375.55,P<0.01);日接待复印申请人次、日复印病案份数和日复印病案页数较流程再造前明显增多(分别为t=670.19,P<0.01;t=731.45,P<0.01;t=2148.68,P<0.01)。结论实施病案复印流程再造能够提高工作效率和提升患者及家属对医院服务的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of reengineering of medical record copy process in the medical records management process. Method Selecting 101305 copies of medical records before and after the implementation of photocopying process reengineering(2011,46048; 2012, 55257). The statistic data of the waiting time, satisfaction, awareness rate of copy, knowledge, copy records time and the workload were analyzed by SPSS17.0. Result The satisfaction rate after reengineering has improved significantly (Х^ 2 =10.47, P〈0.01), awareness rate of copy has improved significantly ( Х^ 2 =23.2, P〈0.01 ); The average waiting time in rush hours, searching time, copying time have significantly shortened ( t=1050.81, P〈0.01 ; t=464.23, P〈0.01 ; t=375.55, P〈0.01 ); Reception of applicants, the number of records and pages have improved significantly(t=670.19, P〈0.01 ; t=731.45, P〈0.O1 ; t=2148.68, P〈0.01). Conclusion The implementation of medical records copying process reengineering can improve work efficiency and enhance the satisfaction of patients and their family members to the hospital service.
