体外震波碎石术治疗慢性胰腺炎胰管结石研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 胰管结石是慢性胰腺炎(CP)最常见的病理生理变化,结石生成导致胰液排出受阻,胰管及胰腺实质高压,进而引起腺体结构和功能受损。首诊cP患者中50%以上存在胰管结石,约90%的酒精性cP患者在病程进展中会出现胰管结石。ERCP取石是结石微创治疗的首选,但该法能取出的结石不到半数,一旦遇到体积大、嵌顿或胰管狭窄段后方的结石,内镜取石常无法成功。
