摘要
以 KOH-甲醇为甲酯化试剂对菌油脂肪酸进行甲酯化 .研究 KOH浓度、甲酯化温度、时间等对脂肪酸相对甲酯化率的影响 .结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 30℃条件下 ,0 .6 mol/ L KOH-甲醇溶液 ,酯化 1 5 min的甲酯化率较高 .
The present paper covers a base catalysed transmethylesterification method of mycelial fatty acids. Main conditions affecting the relative methylesterification yields of the individual fatty acids were studied. The results show that the concentration of KOH, 0 6 mol/L was suitable for the reaction, the relative methylesterification yield reached the maximum at ambient temperature (20~30 ℃) with in being incubated for about 15 min.
