摘要
目的规范中药饮片处方书写,提高中药合理用药水平。方法对该院2012年中药饮片处方点评结果中不合理处方1058张进行统计分析。结果在1058张不合理中药饮片处方中,不规范处方861张(81.4%),不适宜处方133张(12.6%),超常处方64张(6.0%)。结论中药饮片处方问题较多,需加强《处方管理办法》、《中药处方格式及书写规范》和中医药理论相关知识的学习,规范处方。
Objective To standardize Chinese herbal medicine prescription writing,improve the level of rational drug use. Methods Statistically analyzed 1058 unreasonable prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine prescription in the hospital in 2012. Results Among 1058 unreasonable Chinese herbal medicine prescription,not normative prescription 861（ 84. 1%）, inappropriate prescription 133（ 12. 6%）,abnormal prescription 64（ 6. 0%）. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine prescription has many problems,need to strengthen the＂Prescription Management＂,＂Medicine And Writing Prescriptions Format Specification＂and Chinese medicine theory related knowledge,standard prescription.
