摘要 研究胶粉、白炭黑、炭黑和棕色树脂粉等四种填料对丁苯橡胶胶料密度、硬度、弯曲屈挠、耐磨耗等 7项性能的影响 ,主要是运用均匀设计法设计配方 ,采用不同数学模型的回归分析法拟合试验数据 ,使用优选的回归方程定量描述性能与各变量间的关系 ,在试验范围内预测胶料性能并作了验证 .优选的配方的硬度和密度满足硬而轻的要求而其他性能基本达到要求 . The effects of four fillers (powdered scrap, white carbon black, carbon black and the brown resin) on seven properties (density, hardness, bending resistance, abrasion, etc) of SBR stock were studied, the test plan was designed by the Uniform Design Method, and the test data were fitted by regression analysis method with various mathematical model. The quantitative relations among the pro_perties and the filler can be well described by the optimum regression equations, and the properties of the stock were predicted and verified in the test range. The density and hardness of the SBR stock by using the optimal formula meet the requirements of high hardness and low density, while the other five properties can also meet the requirements in the whole.
