摘要
本文探讨了一套可持续发展定量评价中指标体系建立、指标筛选、指标权重确定及可持续发展程度判定模型建立的思路和方法 .首先 ,提出了在主成分分析基础上进一步筛选可持续发展指标和利用主成分指标在第 1主成分中的系数绝对值判定指标权重的方法 ,以减小当前指标筛选和权重确定的主观性影响 ;其次 ,提出了利用主成分指标在第 1,第 2主成分中的系数符号判定可持续发展限制因子的方法 ;最后 ,运用上述方法对萧山市可持续发展进行了定量评价 .
The method in quantitative appraisal of sustainable development was researched in this paper such as the building of index regime, the bolting of indicators, the determination of index weight and the setting of the degree decision model of sustainable development. First, it offered a new way to select and reject the indicators on the basis of the primary component analysis and to determine the index weight by the absolute value of the index coefficient in the first primary component. Second, it brought forth a new method to distinguish the limiting factors according to the index coefficient in the first and the second primary component. At last, The method was used to evaluate the degree of sustainable development quantitatively in Xiaoshan City.
