摘要
目的研究西部4省市城乡居民医疗消费行为的现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用SPSS 17.0软件对2012年西部地区城乡居民医疗消费现状调查数据进行回归分析,研究影响西部4省市城乡居民就医选择和医疗消费的因素。结果居民户籍、年龄、文化程度、疾病严重程度对居民的就医选择和医疗支出有影响,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论居民户籍、年龄、文化程度、疾病严重程度是居民的就医选择和医疗支出的影响因素。
Objective To explore the medical consumption behaviors of urban-rural residents in four western provinces,and analyze its influence factors.Methods Regression was applied with SPSS17 software to analyze the data from the four western regions residents＇ medical consumption.Results Residents＇ domiciliary register,age,education level and disease severity had an impact on the residents＇ medical choices and their expenditure,and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion Residents＇ domiciliary register,age,educational level,disease severity are the influence factors of residents＇ medical choices and their expenses.
