摘要
投标报价是一个斗智的过程 ,报价高则拿不到合同 ,还浪费投标所用去的时间、人力和财力 ;报价低 ,虽然拿到了合同 ,却把“钱留在了谈判桌上”。一个好的报价 ,必须经几种方法量化计算 ,反复比较。引进模糊相似优先比关系数学模型 ,并提出了它在预测工程项目投标报价中的运用 ,进行了实例示范演算 ,是行之有效的方法之一。
Bi dding is a battle of wits. If a bid is too high, the contract cannot be got, wha t's more, the time, manpower and money that have been spent for bidding are wast ed. In contrast, if one bids much lower than his rivals, he obtains the contrast , but he “leaves money on the contrast table'. Therefore, a good bi d must be calculated quantitatively with several different methods, and be selec ted through comparing the results given by these methods. In this paper a mathem atical model based on fuzzy similar priority comparison is established. It is u sed to forecast the price of bidding for engineering projects, and its effective ness is shown by a practical example.
