摘要
对目前国际上主要采用的评价方法———ISO 2 6 31标准和吸收功率法的特点及存在的问题进行了详细的分析讨论。通过对汽车力学模型的理论分析和实验结果分析表明 ,基于ISO 2 6 31标准上的GB4970 - 85国家标准无法准确地评价汽车行驶平顺性能的好坏。提出了汽车常用车速范围内的累积承受时间作为汽车行驶平顺性的评价指标 ,其评价结果与实际情况是一致的。
The characteristics and exist ing problems of ISO standard 2631 and absorbed power method, which are the curre ntly most popular methods for evaluating human exposure to whole body vibration in automotive ride, are discussed in detail. The theoretical analysis based on an automotive mechanics model as well as experimental results shows that GB 4970 -85, which is based on ISO standard 2631, cannot accurately evaluate human expos ure to whole body vibration in automotive ride. Therefore, this paper develops a new evaluating method, using the accumul ated exposure times within the frequently used speeds to evaluate human exposure to whole body vibration of automotive ride. The evaluation result obtained wit h this new method coincides with the facts well.
