摘要
目的探讨生物型与骨水泥型股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例高龄股骨颈骨折并行了半髋关节置换患者进行分析对比,选择患者中行生物型股骨头置换和骨水泥型股骨头置换各38例。将行生物型股骨头置换术治疗患者作为对照组,行骨水泥型股骨头置换术治疗患者作为观察组,观察和统计两组患者的围手术期指标、治疗前后Harris评分改善程度以及并发症发生情况等作比较。结果观察组与对照组患者围手术期一般指标,如:年龄、性别、骨折类型、基础疾病等无明显差异(P>0.05),无可比性;观察组患者治疗前后Harris评分改善程度明显大于对照组患者(P<0.05),有可比性;观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),有可比性。结论骨水泥型股骨头置换术应用于高龄股骨颈骨折临床治疗中的效果显著,有效提高了手术治疗的成功率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of biotypes and bone cement type femoral head replacement in treatment for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods 76 cases of patients with femoral neck fractures in our hospital were divided into the control group (38), treated by biotypes femoral head replacement and the observation group (38), treated by bone cement type femoral head replacement. The perioperative indicators, Harris scores before and after treatment and complications of two groups were compared. Results The perioperative general indicators of observation group and control group, such as: age, gender, fracture type, underlying diseases, had not significant difference (P 〉 0. 05). Before and after treatment, the degree of Harris score improved was significantly greater than that of control group, with statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Bone cement type femoral head replacement in treatment for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures has significant effects, effectively improve the success rate of surgery.
