陶瓷膜分离技术应用于中药口服液的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 中药提取物的纯化工艺直接关系到中药口服液制剂的质量,2010年版《中国药典》所收载口服液的醇沉除杂法存在生产工时长、有效成分损失大等缺点。陶瓷膜分离技术不仅有分离、浓缩、纯化和精制的功能,同时具有生产时间短、有效成分损失小等特点,已作为一项前景十分广阔的高新技术运用到中药制剂的生产过程中。陶瓷膜分离技术应用在中药口服液生产中可缩短生产流程、提高中药口服液的稳定性和安全性,目前已采用多种方法解决膜污染问题,以解决制约其应用的瓶颈问题。 Purification process of herbal extracts is directly related to the quality of oral liquid of Chinese materia medica (CMM). Most of the CMM oral liquid collected in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 were made by the method of alcohol precipitation to remove impurities which has some shortcomings, i.e. long working hours and the massive loss of effective components, etc. The ceramic membrane separation technology not only has the functions like separation, concentration, purification, and refining function, but also has the characteristics such as short production time and the small loss of effective components etc. It will have a broad prospect for the application in the production process of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics as a new technology. The ceramic membrane separation technology can shorten the production flow, improve the stability and safety of CMM oral liquid, but the membrane fouling is the main obstacle to restrict its application, which should be overcome in future.
