摘要
[目的]观察桑杏清肺汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将100例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例大环内酯类常规治疗。治疗组50例桑杏清肺汤方（桔梗、杜兜铃各5g，炒牛蒡、川贝、光杏仁各lOg、蜜炙枇杷叶、瓜蒌皮、霜桑叶各15g），1剂／d，水煎200raL，早晚口服；孟鲁司特片，3～6岁4mg／d．〉7岁5mg／d，睡前服用。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测11盏床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈45例．显效3例，有效1例，无效1例，总有效率98．00％。对照组痊愈32例，显效5例，有效3例，无效10例，总有效率80．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]桑杏清肺汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著，值得推广．
[ Objective ] To observe SangXingQing lung soup combined meng LuSi treatment of infantile cough variant asthma effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 50 cases of large ring lactone class routine therapy. Treatment group （ 50 cases SangXingQing lung bind （Jiegeng, Dudouling 5g, Chaoniutipang, Chuanbei, Guangxingrenye every 10g, Gualou, Shuangsangye each 15g ）, 1/d, boiling water 200 ml;oral sooner or later. SangXingQing lung soup at the same time take orally taking meng LuSi piece, 4 mg/d 3 - 6 years old, 〉 5 mg/d at the age of seven, before going to bed. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Treatment as a course, to determine efficacy. [ Results ]The treatment group 45 cases cured, 3 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 case, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group 32 cases cured, 5 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases, 10 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Joint. [ Conclusion ] SangXingQing lung soup meng LuSi treatment of infantile cough variant asthma effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
