摘要
针对现有的检验检疫实验室信息管理系统(LIMS-for-CIQ)存在查询统计慢、运行效率低、存储扩展能力有限等问题,文章提出了一种云计算环境下的LIMS-for-CIQ系统。该系统将"云计算"引入检验检疫系统,利用系统内部局域网建立"CIQ云",通过CIQ云最大限度地整合检验检疫系统现有的计算能力和存储资源,为系统提供超算能力和存储扩展能力,并以深圳检验检疫实验室为例,探讨了该系统的可行性和有效性。
In view of the problems of the current laboratory information management system for China Inspection and Quarantine(LIMS-for-CIQ) such as low-speed query and statistics ,low efficiency and limited memory expansion ,a LIMS-for-CIQ system under cloud computing is proposed .In this sys-tem ,cloud computing is introduced into the inspection and quarantine system ,and CIQ cloud is built based on the inner local area network .The CIQ cloud integrates current computing ability and storage resources in the inspection and quarantine system to a maximum extent in order to achieve super com-puting and storage capacity expansion .Taking Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Laboratory as an example ,the feasibility and validity of the system are validated .
