摘要 以铝合金6306和铝合金LY12CZ作为研究对象,以硼酸酯为润滑剂,以咪唑啉酰胺、油酸三乙醇胺和CHB为防锈剂与表面活性剂复配进行正交实验,制成了一种无毒、无污染、防锈润滑效果优良的新型环保型水基金属切削液,其中含硼酸酯0.45%、油酸三乙醇胺0.1%、咪唑啉酰胺0.7%、CHB 0.1%、平平加0.7%、硼砂适量、苯甲酸钠适量,其中油酸三乙醇胺具有润滑、防锈和表面活性剂等多种作用。该金属切削液按照GB 6144-2010进行性能检测,各项指标合格,具有良好的应用前景。 A new- type e preventive lubricating prop through orthogonal tests d nvironmental friendly aqueous cutting fluid with non - toxicity, non - pollution, and excellent rust erties was successfully synthesized based on the investigation of aluminum alloy d306 and LY12CZ esign, which consists of 0.45 % borate ester as lubricant, 0. 7 % imidazoline amide, 0. 1 % trietha- nolamine oleate and 0. 1 % CHB as rust inhibitor, together with 0.7% peregal and appropriate amount of borax and sodium benzoate. Among them, triethanolamine oleate plays important multi - roles in the aqueous cutting fluid not only as rust in- hibitor, but also as lubricant and surfactant. This aqueous cutting fluid has qualified performances compared with GB 6144 - 2010 standard and potential applications.
