重载型钢混凝土结构的数值分析及施工工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 对型钢混凝土结构在重载条件下的受力性能和施工工艺进行研究。基于某型钢混凝组合结构工程实例,对其在强荷载作用下的结构响应进行数值计算,得到该组合结构的应力分布情况及型钢、钢筋及混凝土的破坏顺序。计算结果表明:初步设计存在型钢截面过大、混凝土强度等级较低、结构配筋不合理等问题,不能满足结构延性设计的要求,据此提出了设计改进建议;对型钢混凝土的施工工艺进行研究,提出合理的施工顺序和施工要点。 The mechanical behavior and construction technology of SRC structures under heavy load were analyzed. Based on a SRC project, load responds of the structure were numerically simulation, load behavior and failure sequence were obtained. The results show that due to the section area of steel is too large, the strength grade of concrete is too low, and the structural reinforcement is unreasonable, the stucture is not capable to meet the requirements of ductility design, thus improving suggestions of design were put forward. Then construction technology of the SRC structure was researched, the proper construction sequence and construction points were proposed.
