摘要
"十二五"中石油管道标准规划要求参与国际标准制修订工作,将我国管道行业的先进技术制定为国际标准。为此阐述了NACE标准制定工程程序,重点说明了反对票处理程序,列出了NACE与管道行业相关的技术委员会,系统梳理了NACE与管道相关的标准。此外介绍了信息化服务、学术年会和展览会等方面的先进经验和做法。最后分析了我国管道行业标准国际化存在的问题,提出了NACE标准采标建议和参与NACE标准制定工作建议。
Aimming at PetroChina pipeline standards planning requirements during twelve-live period, such as to participate international standards development and revision, and China pipeline industry of advanced technology for international standards formulated. NACE standards working procedure is discussed, emphasized the negative vote handling procedure. The technology committee which are closely relative to pipeline industry are listed, and systematically collecting NACE pipeline standards, including the advanced experience and practice on information Service, and academic annual meeting, and exhibition. Finally, According to analyse the existing problems of standards internationalization for China pipeline industries, recommendations are made to adopt ASTM standards and participate ASTM standard development.
