摘要
通过野外实地调查、样品采集、室内分析与统计相结合的方法,研究川中丘陵区枇杷园、葡萄园、水田、旱地等4种土地利用方式土壤活性有机碳含量特征,结果表明,土壤TOC、DOC、ROC、MBC含量均表现为枇杷园>葡萄园>水田>旱地的特征,其差异达极显著或显著水平,其中枇杷园和葡萄园土壤TOC、DOC、ROC、MBC含量显著高于水田和旱地,水田又显著高于旱地;土壤TOC、DOC、ROC、MBC含量均表现为随土层剖面深度的增加而逐渐降低;土壤DOC/TOC值和ROC/TOC值呈现出旱地>葡萄园>枇杷园>水田的特征,其差异均达到了显著水平;土壤MBC/TOC值表现为葡萄园>枇杷园>旱地>水田的特征,其中0-20cm土层差异达到了显著水平;随着土层深度的增加,土壤ROC/TOC值和MBC/TOC值呈现出逐渐降低的特征,DOC/TOC值呈现出随着土层深度增加而逐渐增加的特征。4种土地利用方式土壤DOC、ROC、MBC和TOC之间存在显著或极显著的正相关关系。
This thesis selected loquat orchard, vineyard, paddy, dry land as the research object to stuay me characteristics of active organic carbon content in soil of middle Sichuan through field investigation, samples collection and laboratory analysis. The result showed that the content of soil TOC,DOC, ROC, MBC in de- scending order were as follows. Loquat orchardvineyardpaddydry land, and their difference reached extremely remarkable or remarkable level, among which the soil TOC of loquat orchard and vineyard remark- able higher than paddy and dry land as well as paddy remarkable higher than dry land. With the increasing of the depth of layer, the content of TOC,DOC,ROC and MBC in the vertical profile gradually declined. The value of soil DOC/TOC and ROC/TOC all expressed as dry land〉vineyard loquatorchard〉paddy, whose difference reached extremely remarkable level between the four different land use patterns. The value of soil MBC/TOC expressed as vineyardloquat orchard〉dry land〉paddy, whose difference reached extremely re- markable level in soil 0--20 cm. The soil ROC/TOC and MBC/TOC value showed a trend of gradually de- clined as the depth of layer increasing, while DOC/TOC value gradually increased. The content of DOC, ROC,MBC and TOC had extremely remarkable or remarkable positive correlation under four kinds of land use patterns
