摘要
研究了不同pH值(2.5、3.0、4.0、5.0和6.5)的酸雨对莴笋和萝卜种子萌发、幼苗生长及幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着pH值的下降,莴笋和萝卜种子的发芽率、幼苗根长、苗长及幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性均呈降低的趋势,受到不同程度的抑制。综合各项指标来看,萝卜的耐酸性较莴笋强。
Effects of acid rain at different pH(2. 5,3. 0,4. 0,5. 0 and 6.3 )on seeu germmauon, seedling growth and anti-oxidant enzyme activity of lettuce and radish were studied. The results showed that seed germi- nation, seedling root length, shoot length and anti-oxidant enzyme activity of lettuce and radish tended to decrease with the decrease of pH, and they were inhibited at different degree. Compared with all index, acid tolerance of radish was stronger than that of lettuce.
