摘要
当梭式皮带布料机发生堵料时,其实际承受的是时间-历程冲击载荷,而传统的静力学分析并不能完全反应真实工况。利用ANSYS有限元软件的瞬态动力学分析模块,模拟布料机在堵料过程中承受的时间-历程冲击载荷,求得其瞬态解,得到更加真实的分析结果,并提出有利于布料机稳定性和疲劳寿命的改进建议。
The shuttle-type belt conveyer will suffer time-course impact load under the condition of overload, and the traditional static analysis cannot completely reflect this true condition. By using the kinetic analysis module of the ANSYS software, the time- course impact load of the shuttl-type belt conveyer under overload is simulated and truer transient results are obtained. The improvements on stability and fatigue life of shuttle-type belt conveyer are finally proposed based on simulation results.
