番茄茎叶烯醇类有效成分提取工艺研究

摘要 通过单因素试验,确定干燥方式后,以提取溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间为研究对象,以抑菌率为指标,进行正交试验,以确定对多种霉菌有明显抑制作用的3-己烯醇等有效成分的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳的提取工艺条件是干燥方式为阴干、提取溶剂浓度95%、提取温度40℃,提取时间72h。该条件下所得抑菌率分别是葡萄白腐病菌98.2%,棉花轮纹病菌79.3%、黄瓜枯萎病菌66.8%。 The drying methods were determined by the single-factor tests. By using solvent concentration, extraction temperature, ex- traction time as subjects, and bacteriostatic activity evaluated as the criteria, the optimal extraction conditions were determined by the or- thogonal test, of which the effective components such as 3-hexenol can inhibit a variety of mould. The result showed the optimal extrac- tion conditions were that drying methods was to dry in the shade, solvent concentration 95 %, extraction temperature 40℃, extraction time 72 h. Under these conditions, the bacteriostatic activities were Coniella diplodiella 98.2%, Alterrnaria spp. 79.3%, and cucumber fusarium wilt 66.8%.
