摘要
刺五加多糖是从刺五加的根和根茎中提取出来的除皂苷类之外另一类重要的生物活性成分。近年来,多糖成为研究的热点,通过对刺五加多糖在提取、纯化及药理作用等方面的研究发展进行综述,为以后对刺五加多糖的更深入研究奠定基础。
Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides （ASPs） which is extracted in the root and thizome from acanthopanax senticosus. It is the most important kind of biological activity ingredients in addition to eleutheroside. In recent years,research concerning polysaccharide becomes a hotspot. This article studies acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide in the aspects of extraction, separation, purification and the pharmacological action. To make a summmary, it lays a foundation for the future intensive study of polysaccharide.
