摘要
为给哈尔滨基调树种的选择提供科学依据,本试验以1年生白榆和黒榆盆栽苗为材料,放置于3个不同的环境下,60d之后,测定白榆和黒榆的相对电导率、MDA、SOD、比叶重和光合生理指标。结果表明,在不同环境下,白榆和黒榆的相对电导率、MDA、SOD、比叶重和光合生理指标具有显著性差异,白榆的相对电导率、MDA、SOD与环境污染程度成正相关,比叶重、Pn和Gs与环境污染程度成负相关;黒榆的相对电导率、MDA、SOD、比叶重、Pn和Gs与环境污染程度成正相关。根据对白榆和黒榆在哈尔滨不同环境下5个生理指标的比较,认为黒榆在哈尔滨的适应能力较白榆强。
This study was to provide scientific evidence for the selection of tone tree species for Harbin. Put the potted plants into three different habitats for 60 days, then measured their e- lectrical conductivity, SOD, POD, MDA, specific leaf weight and photosynthetic physiological indexes. The results showed that five physiological indexes of Ulmus pumila L. and Ulmus davidiana var. mandshurica Sky. in different growth conditions were found significantly dif- ferent. The electrical conductivity, MDA, SOD of Ulmus pumila had positive correlation with the degree of environmental pollution, specific leaf weight ,Gs and Pn were negatively associat- ed with the degree of environmental pollution; The electtical conductivity, MDA, SOD, specif- ic leaf weight, Gs and Pn of Ulmus davidiana var. mandshurica Sky. were positively associat- ed with the degree of environmental pollution. Comprehensive analysis showed that Ulrnus da- vidiana vat. mandshurica Sky. has stronger adaptability to the environment.
