摘要
[目的]建立一种液质联用方法,用于检测硝磺草酮的相关杂质硝基呫吨酮。[方法]采用三重四级杆的MRM方式扫描目标物,外标法定量。[结果]方法线性相关系数0.997,标准偏差为0.3%,平均回收率为92.4%,最低检出限为0.2 mg/kg。[结论]方法完全可以满足定量分析要求,具有灵敏度高、准确性好、抗干扰能力强的特点。
[Aims] A LC-MS method for determination of nitroxanthones which is relevant impurity in mesotrione has been established. [Methods] The target was scanned by using the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and quantified by external standard method. [Results] The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.997; the RSD was 0.3%, average recovery was 92.4% and the limit detectable concentration was 0.2 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method meets with the requirement of quantitative analysis, and has the advantage of high sensitivity, accuracy and anti-interference.
