摘要
[目的]明确5％丙草胺·硝磺草酮颗粒剂（GR）对水稻移栽田杂草的防除效果及对水稻的安全性。[方法]采用水稻移栽后5—7d均匀撒施，定期定点调查的方法进行田间药效试验。[结果]5％丙草胺·硝磺草酮颗粒剂对水稻生长安全，可有效防除一年生禾本科、阔叶及莎草科杂草，施药后30d，总株防效及总鲜质量防效均大于95％。[结论]5％丙草胺·硝磺草酮GR可有效防除水稻移栽田杂草并对水稻具有较好的安全性，适宜用量为有效成分750-825ga．i．／hm2。
[Aims] The study aims to confirm the control effect against weeds and safety on rice of pretilachlor. mesotrione 5% GR in transplanted rice field. [Methods] Field trials were carried out by uniform cast after 5-7 d after transplanting in rice using methods of regular and fixed point survey. [Results] Pretilachlor· mesotrione 5% GR was safe on rice growth, it could effectively control annual grass, broadleaf and sedge weeds in transplanting rice field. On 30th day after spraying, the total strain efficacy and the total fresh weight efficacy were more than 95%. [Conclusions] Pretilachlor. mesotrione 5% GR shows good control to weeds in transplanted rice field and is safe on rice growth. The suitable aoolication dose of active ingredient is 750-825 g a.i./ha.
