摘要
随着军队医院编制体制的改革,非现役文职护士成为军队医院较为稳定的优秀护理力量。有许多非现役文职护士通过竞聘走向护士长岗位,由于管理经验的缺乏及身份的特殊性,往往不能很好地发挥管理职能。本文就军队医院非现役文职护士长的压力源进行分析,并提出对策。
With the reform of the military hospital organization, non-active civilian nurses had been more stable and excellent nursing force in military hospital. There were many non-active civilian nurses had been head nurses by com- petition. But some of them could not exert good management functions due to the lack of management experience and the particularity of their identity. In this paper, the stressors of non-active civilian head nurses would be analyzed and some countermeasures would be proposed.
