摘要
目的 探讨对社区老年人实施营养教育与被动式膳食干预后对脂代谢及相关高血压的影响.方法 收集2012年10月~2013年6月来我院就诊的老年高脂血症及高血压患者150例,按照患者是否给予干预措施及具体的干预措施分为营养教育组、被动式膳食干预组及对照组,各50例,干预3个月后比较干预效果.结果 被动膳食干预组及营养教育组患者高脂血症及高血压的相关知识得分、认为高脂血症及高血压疾病可控、可预防及健康教育有效的患者所占的比例、食用蔬菜量、每天运动量干预后均明显高于对照组,被动膳食干预组的食用杂粮量也明显高于对照组(P<0.05),被动膳食干预组及营养教育组患者的甘油三酯、胆固醇、收缩压干预后均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对社区老年患者实施被动膳食干预与营养教育后对高脂血症及高血压病的认识显著提高,生活方式发生改变,对疾病的控制具有重要的作用.
Objective To investigate the influence of the community old people after the implementation of nutrition education and passive dietary intervention on lipid metabolism and the high blood pressure. Methods We collected 150 patients with senile hyperlipidemia and hypertension from October 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital,according to the intervention measures and specific interventions all of them were divided into into nutrition education group, passive dietary intervention group and control group, each group had 50 cases,intervention effect after intervention for 3 months were compared. Results Knowledge scores of hyperlipidemia and hypertension,the proportion of thought that hyperlipi- demia and high blood pressure disease control and prevention and health education effectively,edible vegetable,exer- cise every day in passive dietary group and nutrition education intervention group after the intervention were signifi- cantly higher than those of control group ,Miscellaneous food intake in Passive dietary group was obviously higher than that of control group and with significant difference (P 〈0.05). Triglyceride,cholesterol, systolic blood pressure in pas- sive dietary group and nutrition education intervention group were significantly lower than control group after interven- tion and with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients in community passive dietary and nutrition education intervention after knowledge of hyperlipidemia and hypertension significantly increase ,lifestyle changes ,control of the disease plays an important role.
