摘要
在当前快速测试的背景下,为解决运载火箭地面测试设备校准周期长、工作效率和数据可靠性低的问题,设计了一种地面测试设备校准装置。校准装置结合电磁兼容(EMC)设计原则,采用状态机的模块设计方法设计FPGA内部逻辑门,控制实现64路脉冲信号输出,经通用接口和总线对运载火箭地面测试设备进行校准。输出信号具有精度高、可靠性强的特点,缩短校准装置校准周期并提高了其通用性,增加了地面测试设备测试数据可靠性。
This paper designs a multi-channel pulse calibration device in the context of fast test, which can solve the test problems of launch vehicles ground test equipment such as long calibration cycle, low operating efficiency and low reliability of the data. This device is designed underlying EMC principles. The FPGA on calibration device controls pulse output of 64 channels with the method of state machine and calibrates launch vehicles ground test equipment by universal interface and bus. It is proved with features of high precision and reliability. It cuts down the calibration cycle and improves its versatility. This design also increases data-reliability of vehicles ground test equipment.
