摘要
对热化学硫碘制氢中碘化氢催化分解反应进行实验研究。反应在固定床上进行,温度范围300—500℃。实验采用沸石作为催化剂,对4种不同的Y型沸石(HYI、HYII、USY、NaY)原样以及Ni改性后的NaY型沸石做了BET、XRD以及活性评价实验。实验结果显示,所有催化剂的催化活性均随温度的升高而提高。NaY型沸石随Ni负载量的加大,催化活性先提高后下降,在5%时达到最大值,说明活性组分Ni在NaY型沸石上的阈值在3%-7%。在此负载量下,500℃的分解率为20.2%,接近热力学平衡分解率22.9%。
Catalytic decomposition of hydrogen iodide (HI) for hydrogen production was conducted with a fixed- bed reactor in the range of 300-500℃. Four different types of zeolites ( HYI, HYII, USY, NaY) and Ni-loaded NaY zeolites were examined for their catalytic activity to decompose HI for hydrogen production. BET and XRD analyses were performed to investigate their physical structures. It was shown that all catalysts displayed higher activities as the temperature rose. As the loading amount of Ni rose, catalytic activities rose first and fell later, reaching the maximum when the loading amount of Ni/NaY was 5%. The results showed that the threshold of active component Ni in the NaY zeolites is 3%-7%. At these loading amounts, the HI conversion ratio was 20. 2% for Ni/NaY, almost reach thermodynamic equilibrium conversion ratio of 22.9%.
