摘要
建立了新疆紫草萘醌类总成分的毛细管电泳分离方法,考察了检测波长、添加剂类型、进样量和分离电压对分离检测的影响。实验条件为检测波长200nm,运行缓冲液为含20%乙醇的硼酸盐缓冲液(0.1 mol/L,pH 8.0),进样量3.45kPa×5s,分离电压20kV。方法可在20 min内检测到5种活性成分,重现性良好。
A method for the determination of naphthoquinone substances in Arnebia euchroma( Royle)Johnst by capillary electrophoresis was developed. The separation conditions such as detection wavelength, running butler pH, the types of additive, injection volume of sample and separation voltage were investigated. The optimized separation system was constructed with borate buffer (0. I tool/L, pH 8.0) containing 20% dehydrated alcohol as running buffer, injection volume of sample with a 3.45 kPa 5s, separation voltage of 20 kV, and the detection wavelength of 200 nm. The results indicated that 5 kinds of compositions could be well separated and detected with 20 mins.
