摘要
基于重氮化鲁米诺与H2O2反应可产生增敏的化学发光信号,建立了一种新的对NO2-高选择性检测的化学发光方法。结合流动注射技术,方法测定N02一的线性范围为4.8×10-8-4.8×10-6mol/L,线性相关系数R2=0.9994,检出限为1.5×10-8mol/L,相对标准偏差RSD=3.6%(2.4×10-7mol/LNO2-,n=11)。对已知亚硝酸盐含量的样品进行测定,与国家标准方法测定结果无显著性差异。方法已用于自来水及同水源锅炉水中NO2-的测定。
A novel chemiluminescent method coupled with the flow injection technique for high selective determination of nitrite was proposed, based on the enhanced chemiluminescent reaction signal between diazotized luminol and hydrogen peroxide. The linear range for the concentration of nitrite was 4. 8 × 10-8 4.8× 10-6mol/L with good correlation coefficient of R2 = 0. 9994 by the new method. The detection limit of the method was 1.5 × 10 -8 moL/L. The relative standard deviations (RSD) for eleven replicates were 3.6%. There is no significant difference between national standard method and the method for detecting the known concentration of nitrite. The proposed method has been applied to detection of NO2 in tap water and boiling water. In conclusion, the described method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, and no secondary pollution.
