磁固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用法测定环境水中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯 被引量:9

Determination of di-n-butyl phthalate and di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate in environmental water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction coupled with GC /MS

摘要 建立了磁固相萃取结合气相色影质谱联用测定环境水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的方法。萃取的最佳条件为:在100mL水样中加入20mg磁性Fe304@Si02-C18微球,振摇萃取10min后,用2.0mL二氯甲烷解析5min。在优化条件下,DBP和DEHP的检出限分别为O.1μg/L和0.3μg/L(S/N=3),线性范围为1.O-100Ixg/L,线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9990。方法应用于河水、湖水和井水样的分析,DBP的加标回收率为83.2%~103%,相对标准偏差小于6.8%,DEHP的加标回收率为82.2%~107%,相对标准偏差小于7.9%。 A method for the determination of DBP and DEHP in environmental water samples by MSPE-GC/MS was established. The influence of extraction parameters was investigated. In this method, 20 mg of magnetic Fe3O4@ SIO2-C18 microspheres was added into 100 mL of water sample with extraction time of 10 min and desorption time of 5 min using 2. 0 mL dichloromethane as the elution solvent. Under the optimum conditions, the LODs for DBP and DEHP were 0. 1 and 0. 3 μg/L ( S/N = 3 ), and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.0 - 100 μg/L, with the correlation coefficients of 0. 9992 and 0. 9990, respectively. DBP and DEHP in river water, lake water and well water were determined by this method. The recoveries for DBP were 83.2% - 103% with RSD 〈 6.8%. The recoveries for DEHP were 82. 2% - 107% with RSD 〈 7.9%.
