摘要
为简化现有煤矿安全监控系统的设计过程,采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心构成煤矿井下监控分站、以计算机(PC)为核心构成煤矿地面监控主站,并采用专用编程软件和组态软件开发构建新型煤矿安全生产监控系统.研究结果表明:该设计方案可以简化煤矿安全生产监控系统的拓扑结构,具有开发设计周期较短、装置配置灵活、用户开发使用方便等优点.该设计方案对于构建小型煤矿安全生产监控系统具有经济上的优势,并在教学实践中得到了初步应用,具有一定的理论意义和实践应用价值.
In order to simplify the design process of the existing monitor and control system for coal mine safety, the paper proposed a new design scheme which using programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core of the coal mine monitoring substation, using the personal computer (PC) as the core of the coal mine ground control station, and using the special programming software and configuration software to build the monitor and control system for coal mine safety. The design results and its operation shows that the new monitor and control system for coal mine safety can simplify the topology structure of the existing system. The new system has the development of the shorten design period, flexible configuration, and convenient using for users etc. The design scheme has economic advantage for construct the smaller monitor and control system for coal mine safety. The new system is applied in teaching practice, which has a certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
