后内侧入路手术治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨后内侧入路手术治疗后交叉韧带胫骨撕脱骨折的疗效。方法:14例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折病例均为闭合性骨折。手术采用腰硬联合麻醉,患肢使用止血带,采用膝后内侧直切口显露骨折用空心螺钉术固定。采用Lysholm膝关节评分标准评价术后膝关节功能。结果:术后平均随访6个月,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折骨性愈合。Lysholm膝关节评分:优13例,良1例。结论:后内侧入路复位固定后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折显露方便,操作简单,有效提高手术效率和安全性。
