摘要
用^(15)N标记硝酸铵研究了烟草对氮的吸收及分布。结果看出:烟草氮的积累量,中叶>上叶>下叶。从全氮、蛋白态N、烟碱N的相对含量看,均呈现上叶>中叶>下叶的规律。而肥料氮进入的比例则呈相反趋势。硝酸铵施入土壤后利用率低,为17~26%,土壤残留为24~36%,而亏损率大于40%,最高可达63%。 从不同氮素用量对烤烟产、质影响分析,高海拔地区下等肥力土壤宜酌量多施氮肥;中、低海拔地区,中等肥力土壤宜酌量少施氮肥。
The absorption and distrhution of nitrogen In tobacco plant was studied by applying 15N-ammonium nitrate. The. results rue as follows. The accumulation of N in various leaves of tobacco is middle leaves>upper leaves>low leaves. The relative amount of total M,protein-N and nicotine-N is upper leaves>middle leaves>low leaves. But the ratio of fertilizer-N absorbed by tobacco plant was opposite to these order. The use rate of ammonium nitrate is lower (17-26%). The fertilizer-N surviving rale in soil is 24-36%. The loss rate of fertilizer-N is more than 40%. The highest even reaches 63%.According to the evaluation of the yield and qullity of tabacco affected by the amount of fertilizer-N, more nitrogen fertilizer should be applied in those soils of high altitude areas or low fertilizer. Less nitrogen fertilizer should be applied in those soils of low and middle altitude areas or mildle fertility.
