摘要
建国初期,在党和政府支持下,在马克思教育理论铺垫下,我国聘请大批苏联教育专家、学者来华。他们带着传经送宝的使命来华帮助中国教育建设,在华期间不仅担任高校教师工作,还出席教育讲习会传授苏联教育经验,同时也对中国教育发展提出自己的宝贵意见。通过这一系列学术活动促使我国教育学术体系从"美式"向"苏式"转型,形成了以凯洛夫《教育学》为主的教育理论体系,并推广了新教学组织形式教研室,为我国培养大批教育人才。
During the Early Period of PRC,with the support from the party and government,and under the fore-shadowing of Marxist education theory,China employed a large number of education experts and scholars from Soviet Union.With the mission of passing knowledge,they came to help China’s education.In China they not only worked as university teachers,but also attended some education seminars to transfer Soviet educational ex-perience.Moreover,they put forward their own suggestions on the development of Chinese education.Such a series of academic activities lead to the transformation of academic system of education in China from "American"to"Soviet" .As a result,an education system giving priority to Kairov’s "education"came into be-ng;a new teaching and research section became popular,and a large number of education personnel are cultivated for our country.
