摘要
生命教育的缺失导致大学生漠视生命的事件屡见不鲜,给社会、家庭和学校造成严重创伤。积极心理学主要研究人的潜能和美德等积极心理品质。积极心理学视角下,大学生生命教育的原则主要有:发展与积极预防相结合、认知与体验相结合、系统性等;其主要内容主要有:生命自主性教育、生命价值观教育、生命挫折教育等;其主要教育策略有:强化生命教育师资队伍建设,完善生命教育课程体系,充分利用新媒体教育资源,开展主题实践活动,等等。
The lack of life education among college students has resulted in frequent occurrence of events ignoring life, which has caused serious hurt to the society, family, school, etc. Positive psychology mainly studies positive psychological qualities of human, such as potential and virtue. To conduct life education for college students under the guidance of positive psychology, it is suggested to apply the active principles of life education and optimize the main contents of life education. We should improve teaching staff and curriculum system of life education. It is advisable to make full use of teaching resources from new media to conduct life education practically. Also we need to strengthen humanistic care and implement the encouraging education, guiding college students to set up a positive view on setbacks in life.
