摘要
生态观赋予共同体理论新的内涵和特点,构建生态化大学班级学习共同体是促进学习的有效方式,需要教育者提供真实的专业实践情境,创建学习者互动协商平台,促进班集体成员身份转化,营造班级和谐文化氛围,开拓全方位资源流通渠道。在实际构建过程中,应注意共性与差异相结合、经验与反思相结合、认同与协商相结合、理论与实践相结合。
Ecological view endows community theory new connotation and characteristics. Transforming class into learning community from ecological perspective is an effective way to promote learning. Educators should provide a real professional practice environment, create an interactive learning platform, promote the identity transformation of class members, build a harmonious cultural atmosphere and open up an all-round resources circulation channel. In the process of construction, educators should pay attention to the following four aspects: combination of commonalities and differences; combination of experience and introspection; combination of identification and negotiation; combination of theory and practice.
