摘要
目的研究一线维稳官兵人口学特征对心理应激的影响,为有针对性地开展军事应激条件下心理健康教育、心理咨询和心理疏导提供理论依据。方法随机整群抽取一线维稳官兵321名和执行其它维稳任务官兵246名进行事件冲击量表(IES)测评研究。结果一线维稳官兵IES总分和闯入性、回避性、警觉性3个因子得分均显著高于其它维稳任务官兵(t=7.389,5.039,12.943,12.741;P<0.01),提示一线维稳官兵心理应激反应明显;一线维稳官兵IES总分及3个因子得分与年龄、文化程度、目睹暴力事件呈显著负相关(r=-0.358^-0.120;P<0.05);与是否受过伤、亲友有无遇难、事发地安全度问题呈显著正相关(r=0.133~0.315,P﹤0.05)。年龄、事发地安全度、婚姻、受过伤、目睹事件是影响一线维稳官兵心理应激状况的重要因素。结论一线维稳官兵心理应激状况非常明显,应采取有效的心理干预措施,提高一线维稳官兵心理健康水平。
Objective To explore psychological stress status and its influencing factors of officers and soldiers in front-line mainte- nance of stability, and provide a theoretical basis for targeted psychological health education, psychological counseling and psychological service work under the condition of military stress. Methods By random cluster sampling,321 officers and soldiers in the front-line maintaining stability and 246 officers and soldiers performing other maintaining stability task were selected and investigated by Impact of Event Scale （IES）. Results The total score and broke into,withdrawal and alertness three factor scores of IES of the officers and soldiers in front-line stability maintenance were significantly higher than other stability task soldiers （ t = 7. 389,5. 039,12. 943,12. 741 ; P 〈 0. O1 ）, it was indicated that psychological stress response of the officers and soldiers in front-line stability maintenance was very remarka- ble. The total score and broke into, withdrawal and alertness three factor scores of IES were negatively correlated with the age, the cultural degree and witnessing violence（ r =0.358,-0. 120 ;P 〈 〈 0.05 ） , and positively correlated with the injured, the relatives and friends kill- ed and the safety degree in incident（r = 0. 133 ~ 0. 315 ,P 〈 0.05）. Age, the safety degree in incident, marriage, injured and witnessing violence were important factors affecting on the psychological stress status of the officers and soldiers in front-line stability maintenance. Conclusion Psychological stress situation of officers and soldiers in the front-line stability maintenance is remarkable. That is to say, ef- fective psychological intervention measures should be taken to improve their mental health.
