Association of the ADAM33 gene with asthma and its sevetity

摘要 ADAM(a adisintegrin and metalloprotease)家族中的成员ADAM33基因由于其结构,组分及表达的特异性,因此其与气道高反应性,哮喘的发生发展及严重程度有着密切的联系。同时由于种族,地域,年龄等因素,ADAM33基因对哮喘的影响有所不同。目前,ADAM33基因与哮喘之间的确切关系有待继续研究。现对ADAM33基因与哮喘及其严重程度之间的关系做以下综述。 Due to the structure and specific expression of ADAM33 gene that is one of member a distintegrin and metalloproteinase( ADAM) family,which is associated with BHR,the occurrence,development and severity of asthma. As the same time with the race,region,age factor et al,as ADAM33 gene has different effection on asthma. Now,the exact association of ADAM33 gene with asthma should be continue to study. This article represented the association of ADAM33 gene with asthma.
