摘要
建立了APDC浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铜的新方法。利用表面活性责Ⅱ聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(TritonX-114)和螫合剂吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)对试样中的痕量铜进行浊点萃取。探讨了溶液pH值、试剂浓度等实验条件对浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的影响。在最佳条件下,铜的检出限为0.23μg/L,线性范围0.7-12.0μg/L,相关系数为0.9990,富集倍数为57-3倍;相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%(n=5,Ccu=10μg/L);本法对水样中痕量铜进行富集和测定,结果令人满意。
A new method for the determination of trace copper in water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with cloud point extraction was proposed. Copper was complexed with APDC using Triton X-114 as surfactant and quantitatively extracted into a small volume of the surfactant-rich phase after centrifugation. The effect of experimental conditions such as pH and concentration of regents and equilibration temperature on cloud point extraction and determination sensitivity was discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the limit of detection for copper was 0.23μg.L^-1 with an enhancement factor of 57.3 and the relative standard deviation was 3.7%( n=5, Cca=10μg/L). The linear rangewas 0.7--12.0 μg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The method was successfully applied to the determination of copper in water samples.
